John Milkovisch threw away nothing. As a matter of fact, he tried to utilise everything that he possesed in the best possible way. He and his wife liked to drink beer in hot afternoons, thus they managed to gather a lot of empty beer cans, which weren’t thrown away either. Thus, in 1968 Milkovisch started his wonderful project, not even realising how much attention it would attract afterwards. The thing was that all the cans created a lot of mess, so he decided to wallpaper his home using them. His children helped him a lot too, and it became an amazing landmark and a great example what people can create with the help of ordinary things.
